Liberation
Let's face it. Most of us choose to cling onto the things that at some point hurt us, angered us, made heartbroken, or weary. In the long run, if we ever choose to hang on to them, we may never move forward and we could even create physical or medical damage to ourselves. To avoid this from happening we need to let go, but no one really tells you how to let go and move yourself to the next level. Sure it's easy for your friends to say "Hey dude just let go of it, move forward and continue your life." But that won't seem to work for you even if you've heard it from all the concerned people around you. Moving forward starts from you, I'm about to show you how to let go and start moving your ass back up again or atleast give you reasons to think about why you should start to make a giant leap forward.
Why would you even need to let go and move forward?
From beginning to the end, throughout our lives we go through different kinds of emotional experiences, some are positive and some we see as detrimental and unpleasant. When you hang on to a negative experience you are constantly thinking about it. And when you constantly recalling the negative event that happened to you, you prevent yourself from healing. It's like putting yourself in a box away from worldly contact. How may pleasant memories do you recall everyday? Chances are you're like most of the people hanging on all the unpleasantries you have experinced, which is preventing you from moving forward.
The more you haul the worst life gets. Why? Because you allowed yourself to be consumed by all the hurt you've been carrying. You've filled you mind up with negative experiences and you continually hang on to something that doesn't allow you to move forward, for short, you're carrying excess and useless baggage that's really slowing you down.
Think of it this way: You're on a voyage into the sea and along the way you keep on picking up heavy objects, things that doesn't add up and serve you. After a while, these objects begin to slow you down and makes your ship sink. Unless you get rid of them, you'll never complete your trip.
To let go you have to get your mind back on track, by focusing on different goals and different objectives. It's not about saying: I let go of the pain from a break-up with--- and move on. That will help yeah, but if you really want to start moving on, then you have to get your mind laser focused on new things, in the process you automatically left behind the things that have been slowing you down.
How to let go and move on like it was long gone?
Researchers believe that in one point, there's a possibility that your negative feelings, sad emotions, depressing memories can affect your body cells and your physical health.
Clinging on those negative past events is a process that can devastate your life in ways you're not even aware of. You may want to ask this to yourself: Do negative things you carry serve you any pupose? Do they help you move forward? Do they work in favor of you in any way? If you said no to any or all of those question then tell yourself this: "This emotion/feeling doesn't help me so I'm leaving it and let go and focus on what is important. Begin focusing on what you want next, focus on what is important and what can improve you life. This simple process that gets the mind moving in a new perspective and stops it building negative energy created from the negative emotion/events, which just attract more negative situation. So, when you start concentrating on the positive things you begin attracting positive situations.
The next thing is to create checklist of your plans, the past is over. Where do you want to go now and how do you plan to get there? You may not be sure of it or maybe you can't answer it for now, but by merely thinking of the options you have, it forces the mind to go to a new direction and you automatically let go of unwanted feelings and emotions.
The key to your success is to train your mind to move in a new direction and a new perspective so you send new message to your subconscious mind, hich the brings you the opportunities to move on with your life.
The final step is to live in the present moment, start living your life in the now. Living in the now is the manner of enjoying everything that is going on at this preset moment. Take a look around you and appreciate thos things that you once thought were trivial. When you are here now you can never be nowhere else. You are not clinging on to something, you are here now. I know some may say the following. "But dude, where I am right now suck, I don't want to think about it." It only sucks because you allow yourself to see negative things going on. Focus on a few of the positive things anything from nature to the wonderful family you have. These things are always took for granted and always overlooked. This forces your mind to look at things differently and tells your subconscious ming that you're ready for new possibilities, then you are now able to begin your life and let go so you could move on.

| Dog tied in a car en route to Baguio |
As a domesticated animal, Dogs has been in our lives several tens of thousands years ago. They provided our ancestors with protection, a source food and fur. Today, a Dogs value to us human is immense, performing many roles such as hunting, herding, assisting police and even aiding handicapped individuals. They provides us security, companionship and a great pledge of devotion to their owners, thus giving them the title "Man's best friend." They are characterized as intelligent, trust-worthy and loyal companions.
As I browsed through the net, I saw a picture of a dog place in a sack and tied upon the back of a car. This is Inhumane and should not been done by this dog's owner. We, as humans, must have a proper decorum for our pets and should not treat them as mere objects. We humans are able to apprehend and rationalize situations, we are given the ability to know what is right and differentiate it from an undesirable acts. Let's put ourselves in their position, we wouldn't want to be tied at the back of a car disgracefully while being transported. We should know what is best for the things we have and should not take things especially these poor critters for granted. They are our friends, when treated right, they gives us back something in double in terms of service and fondness.

I myself was troubled by this horrendous photo, exhibiting a poignant realization of our world today. So let's take it to ourselves and make the world a better place not just for us but for our pets as well, give them the respect they truly deserve. Let's love our pets the way they love us, by loving them unconditionally.

Matagal mamatay ang masamang damo.
"Matagal daw mamatay ang masamang damo."
I was right all the time, God wanted that bad guy to live longer to make him realize that he can still change and it is never to late to change. God so love us that he wanted to give us more time to change our wrong doings into something good. He wanted us to bear the good news just like that barren tree. I deserve your love my Lord, I deserved to be loved by your Gift to me.
Lord I thank you for this day, you made me realize things once again. You just love me don't you? hehe :)
